How long will my order take to arrive?

Products that I ship directly from myself include poster prints and postcards. Poster prints take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to reach their new homes. Postcards will take around a week. 

Products that are sent directly from my supplier include canvas prints and phone cases. Canvases take 1.5-2 weeks to arrive (after they are shipped), where phone cases take 1-1.5 weeks (also after they are shipped). 

Shipping services include USPS, FEDEX, and UPS.

Tracking information emails are sent out for all products within 3-5 business days. The only product I cannot provide tracking info for is postcards (because I send them in a regular letter envelope).

Do your prints arrive with watermarks? 

They will not arrive with the "photo by JosephJurado" watermark in the middle of each photo shown, however it will have a smaller signature watermark in the top or bottom corner of each final print, similar to the ones shown on my social media accounts.

Do your prints require a frame?

Depends, my canvases do not require a frame because they are already printed on canvas, then stretched onto a wooden frame. The final product is about 1-1.5 inches thick and looks great without a framed border.

For my posters, it is completely up to you! I have had several instances where I get photo reviews and some prefer hanging the posters bare with a pushpin on walls. On the other hand, some do prefer getting a 11x17 frame. This is also recommended if you plan to interchange the prints as I release new ones.  

Do you take photos of people, too?

Yes, absolutely! I am working on a way to also have some of my photo session highlights displayed here on my site. You will also able to book and ask any questions you may have about my sessions.
